Cult Hero for Android

What's in this build

• Matches cost more energy: a quarter of your tank for each heart, so playing at three hearts leaves you tired late on. Rest days give more of it back.
• Other players hit the post far less often. When they miss, they mostly miss wide.
• The shop's drinks, boots and items show their whole description, with each of a drink's effects on its own line.
• Each moment shows its own number on the debug readout. Send it with a bug report and we can play that moment again.

Installing

   Download it on your phone

   It's 522 MB, so use Wi-Fi.

2. 2

   Open the file

   Android asks whether your browser may install unknown apps. Allow it for this install.

3. 3

   Get past Play Protect

   Play Protect may warn that it doesn't know the developer. Open the details and choose to install anyway. The wording differs between phones.

4. 4

   Updating later

   Install each new build over the old one. Uninstalling first deletes your career.

Known issues

No need to report these, they're on the list.

• On BlueStacks the game closes as it starts. Set BlueStacks' graphics renderer to OpenGL (Settings, then Graphics) and restart it.
• Some text is cut short on narrow screens, such as the version on the title screen.
• In some moments, a few players line up in a column at the edge of the screen.
• The selected tab in the shop looks greyed out.
• When two goals go in close together, the commentary gives the later score for both.
• It's a development build, so matches show a DEV button and debug readouts.
